Life as I know it

So, what have I been up to?
Completely randomly a lovely man called Richie has come in to my life. And it’s not the fact that he has a Lotus and we go zoooooooming down back roads with the roof down looking uber cool (though it does help) but he’s amazing. I met him last wednesday and have seen him everyday but one since. We just get on so well and he’s so great*big smile*.
Anyway, that’s my love life. What else have I been doing? Erm, well not much. I have my uni timetable and oh yes I only have to work two days a week! Leaving plenty of time to drink myself in to a pit of studentish, smellyish funness. I have my accomodation which is actually really annoying. They’ve put me 5 miles away from the gipsy lane campus where all my lectures are, meaning i’ll have to get a bus in everyday to use the library and and practicals, seminars etc- not only that but it is catered, so i have to be subjected to canteen food for a year of my life *hides*. I’ll cope though. Oh, and sharing a house with 11 people might be an experience. One bathroom – 11 people. yay!?
Oooooooh. And I went shopping in Reading and spent all my money!! A very wise thing to do before going to uni I think you’ll agree. And then I saw sophie and john in amersham when i was having lunch with laura. They slinked off and didn’t say much *shakes fist*. I’ll catch them next time though *gets outbutterfly net*.
Anyway, are we all meeting up or have you all done that?

Two days a week?! Surely there’ll be another day of lectures and things that aren’t scheduled? 5 miles is a bit tough, and the idea of that many people to a bathroom isn’t… particularly appealing. :catfish:
The meetup is allegedly still on for the 9th… although nothing has been organised as of yet :<

Hehe, sorry for slinking off. We would’ve joined you both for food and drinks in Masterchef but we had only just finished our lunch at Costa! :V
I’m sure you’ll get used to your accommodation, as will we all have to… Although that many to a bathroom sounds a bit scary D: If I get my first choice I’ll be in a house of 12 where we all share the kitchen, but there are two bathrooms.

One bathroom…sounds terrifying. I’m usually in the shower for about 15 mins but then I’d hate to be number 11 in the morning…3 minutes and freezing water. Plus I don’t envy you after you’ve all been out for a drink and a curry :shock :
